Anyone else have any reactions to Lexipro?

Kindness,

I had the opposite reaction. It made me really sleepy. My therapist then recommended taking it at night, since it helped with the drowsiness. So I'd offer the converse advice to you--take it early in the day to minimize the night-time effects.

Good Luck.

It made me really sick to my stomach. And very sleepy.

Hi, when I took Lexapro, I noticed that I did get sleepy in the beginning, so my doctor also suggested me taking it at nite and I did, and once it got in my system pretty well it did not make me sleepy anymore. In the beginning, when I took it, I would get sleepy within a few minutes but after a period of time (maybe like a week or so), it did not cause the drowsiness.
Maybe try taking it at nite.
