I'm now about 99% sure that most of my stresses come from work. I've been working in a business now for 21 years. 21 years of stress is about to come to a stop. I'm sick and tired of wasting a perfectly good day on worry. I've done that for 21 years and possibly even earlier than that. My line of work is either feast of famine. When the work comes in, they take waaaaaaay too much and the workers suffer for it.
I've made a decision to go outside today and enjoy the sun. We haven't seen the sun here in about a week. I haven't seen the sun in about 21 years.
Sometimes I get the shakes on a Sunday, but I'm working on it. I'm working on it every day. When I wake up some mornings, I'm afraid. I'm afraid that I'm going to get fired and I'm afraid that I'll be at the same job until I finally retire. The only one whose going to make a change for me is me. I need to follow my heart starting now. I don't deserve to be treated the way I am and I'm sick of it. My friends and family have had to sit and listen to me complain for yeeeeears (That's why I'm glad these message boards exist) LOL.
Today, my life is going to change for the better. It's going to be stressful at first, but I know that some stress and fear today will make for an awesome rest of my life.
............I'm so afraid.

I just noticed this posting!!! I am soooo sorry that I did not respond sooner!!!
Remember, when one door closes another one opens!!! God is sooooooo faithful!!! Give your future to God and make the very most of your "precious present" moments!!!
For none of us know what tomorrow holds for us, but God Himself!!! Rest in the assurance that He has all of your tomorrows in the palm of His very hand!!!
We need not try to control anything!!! We can just cast it all upon HIM!!! He said that He would keep in "perfect peace" all those who trust in HIM!!!
Just give it all to God and just walk away!!! Whenever that negative thought pops into your mind, just say...I have already given that one to God, so, it no longer belongs to me!!!
God has big shoulders!!! He can handle it all!!!
He takes excellent care of His own, just like we take excellent care of our very own children!!!
He loves us much more than we love our very own children and that is sooooooo difficult to imagine!!!
He promised to supply all of our needs!!! These are needs, so, take HIM at his word and just give it all to HIM!!!
I think you have came a veeeeeerrrrrrrrry long way since this posting and I am soooooooooooooo proud of your accomplishments!!!
