Hello everyone my name is Heather and I started on week 1 this week. I am currently on day three. A little background on me I probably have always felt the anxiety/depression I do. It got considerably worse after I got home from my second deployment...except I didn't crash right away, a post deployment questionare indicated I was having problems. Even with a little meds and help it took a few month to totally crash to the point of where I held a loaded gun to my head. I can't wait to fell normal, alive, and free. Anyone one nervous starting out? My fear is that no one will notice I won't be able to handle the new me!!!!!!

I felt very nervous when I started this program 3 years ago. But it was worth it and I am so much better now. I hope that you keep with it because it does work. Hope you feel better.

Started this week, and am on day three now myself. Scared as hell!! Is this really going to work?! Am I really going to succeed?! Will it stick?! Bet we are all somewhere on those lines, so count me in with you.
