this morning i woke up and my left shoulder was numb due to sleeping on it . its happend before but this time scared me some. nebdy else get this smetimes

You slept on it. It's normal that I might be numb or hurt.

Before you start what-iffing, you gotta try to think rationally about the symptoms.
