this is my first time posting to the peer support group. i'm on week three, starting week four of the program tomorrow. i know i should have started peer support sooner, but my anxiety took over and the "what ifs" started and it wasn't until today that i really wanted to interact with others out there who are going through the same type of thing as me.
the program is really really working for me. i am seeing changes already! i must admit i was skeptical at first, but now it feels like a blessing to have found it.
so i just wanted to say hello to anyone reading and i hope the program is going as wonderfully for you as it is for me.
