What do you do if you find out your panic attacks come after talking to your own Dr?

See I go in to talk to Dr's in my hometown. Well they ened up sitting and talking to me instead. They poor their hearts out.

One even told me he was having panic attacks.

He also tells me about freak things that cause heart attacks. ( that isn't helpful for someone with panic attacks.)

So far he has said I had Heart Rithmia then said I didn't two weeks later.

Then I was told I was diabetic. So I went out and bought a meter and then find out two weeks later that again I am not diabetic.

Then I get told in an x-ray that something was seen that looked like a tumor. That scared me alot and I cried and got real depressed. Well then I am told that there is nothing there again a few weeks later.

I feel like I am walking on egg shells with my dr or dr's.

I am scared to go for just a simple asthma visit. Scared they will convince me I have something else and it be false.

My panic was under control until I started going to the dr and or dr in this particular dr's office.

They sit and tell me stories about conspiricy theories that really scare me too.

I'm with woodbridge. You need to get away from that practice. Drive to a different town if you have to, but do NOT go back to that doctor. He/She sounds completely incompetent . No wonder you are scared, who wouldn't be? You need to be able to trust your doctor.

I am about to move in the next week or so. Hopefully I can find a new dr there.
