If you only look at what is, you might never attain what could be.

Hang in there, you're going to be OK! I want to repeat everything that jp4life87 wrote. Anxiety will always pass and you will always survive. Don't fight it; that only makes it worse and last longer. Just allow it to be until it passes. Continue to use your skills to cope and let the anxiety go.

I'd also like to add you might try another mental approach that sometimes helps me. Instead of telling yourself that you want this to stop NOW, tell yourself that this is exactly what you want to happen; it's another opportunity to experience anxiety and prove that it can't hurt you and you can get through it. I find that this type of thinking helps me feel like I'm more in control. The other thing is that it's true!

Take care,
Jamie

Breathe, breathe, breathe and breathe some more. Concentrate on your breathing. I find if I sit still long enough and just breathe, I'm fine. If I'm in a store or another public place and I start up, I do what SeaRunner does. I tell myself that it can't hurt me and I just go on. I tell myself that if I pass out in the middle of the store, then I probably need the rest anyway. You will go on. :)

Probably leftover anxiety from the Rockies season.

This post and some others helped me today. I should get the program this next week and I am beginning to expect some feelings to actually compound once I start the series.

But I will be waiting now with sword in hand.
