I have only been listening to the program for two days now but have noticed things that I dont know if are because of the program or not. Things like sleep.... I mean SLEEP!!!! for the last 5+ years my sleep has been about 3-5 hours a day. The last 2 nights I go to bed about an hour before I usually do and sleep straight thru until the next morning about 6-7 hours later. Could this be because of the time change? In fact this morning I had to be woken up by my wife and I still feel like I should be in bed and Ive been awake for over 4 hours now. I listen to the relaxation cd and the 1st part of the program once a day. I'd listen to it more but work has a problem with me sleeping on duty. Isnt sleeping more a product of depression? I know I am depressed but wow! For the last year or so I have been on what I call peep pills because of my sleep apnea and chronic fatigue syndrom and today it doesnt feel like it will even become close to kicking in. Oh, the doctors have tried to put me on sleep meds also but I dont want to become Elvis.
Today I feel really crabby to the point that I have a motto for today that I should put it in the forums.

So the stuff going on with me the sudden need for more sleep and the crabbiness all in the steps of becoming healthier and it will be short lived or is this me for now?

Any info would be greatly needed. Sorry for the spelling!!!

If you only look at what is, you might never attain what could be.

Maybe the CD's are relaxing you more. You need the extra sleep so let your body catch up. You'd think with gaining the extra hour we wouldn't be as tired. I too feel that way. I feel like a bear hibernating for winter. I sleep more and eat more often also. Hopefully that will change for me too.
