are there any free anxiety hotline numbers where you can talk to a specialist. i know they have the free suicide hotline number but i wouldnt call them just for a panic attack

I don't know about that jp.

But that does sound good. There's been so many nights when I would've loved to be able to just call somebody in the middle of the night to talk.
