Can't get into chat

I can not get into the chat area. Every time I open it, I get a blank screen with a small icon in the upper left corner. It there a problem with the site or my computer. If anyone can help with this please let me know. Thanks!

Tiffany I noticed your name popping in and out and wondered what was going on??
Did you refresh before you come on? That has happened a few times for me. we missed you

No, I haven't tried to refresh. I will try that. I miss you guys, too. I hope all is well.
