My daughter helped me relax today

I was trying to help my daughter do some research for her homework on the computer. I stepped away from the computer and left the reference page on the screen. When I came back my daughter had turned off the computer. I started stressing out and telling her, "Why did you turn off the computer, I had the answer to your question there!" She calmly turned towards me and said, "You and I are going on a journey..." She started to laugh and made me laugh too. She suffers from anxiety a little at the age of 8, so I have let her listen to the relaxtion tape from time to time. It was a classic mother/daughter moment. Just wanted to share this little anecdote.
