Bev,

Thanks so much for posting this! I especially like #7 closing your eyes, because I never realized that by closing your eyes, you can refocus and regain your equilibrium. I have had an issue with my right eye twitching since August. I haven't really focused too much on it if at all, since I have palpitations, dizziness, and the like to deal with

These are really great techniques. Thanks again for posting this.

:D I wish I had found this the other day. I needed it! I like watching the water it is very relaxing to me. I live in Florida so it is all around me no matter where I am at, it isn't far away. I also like going outside it helps me to hear the sounds of nature. Thanks for posting this!

God bless

Great advice! Thanks for posting! It also reminded me that I haven't watched my Phantom of the Opera DVD in awhile...love that play/movie...and the music! That's now back on my list of things to do in Dawn's Down Time! :)

Best,
Dawn

Is it possible for you to post some of these ways. I tried to pull that up and couldn't get it. I would really appreciate it.

That link was wonderful..........Praise God for natural resources. I often find it hard to walk away from a trigger. I am learning to give it to God as I walk away and allow him to handle.
