I'm with ya'! I'm at the end of week two and am gonna start three tomorrow. So far I've learned how to control my thinking here and there and learned to ride it and laugh at it a little bit. It is tough to have a couple of good days followed by a day filled with anxiety where you forget to use your new skills, but it doesn't happen overnight so it's one day at a time, isn't it?
Definitely worth the money, I think.
Keep marching along thru the steps and I think we'll see even more progress.
And nicely enough for me, my girlfriend even mentioned to me last night that she's noticed a difference in me; More sparkle in my eyes and noticing how I change my behavior instantly (or almost instantly! LOL!)when I start to react in that "old" way.
Just having her say that made me feel really happy. I mean, I've noticed the small changes but to have reinforcement? Totally cool.
