recommended dose for L-Theanine is for an adult
The most common dosage of L-Theanine is in the range of 50 - 200 mg. While some people need a higher dosage, some need less, but the above is recommended. This dosage usually lasts for 8 to 10 hours.

Hi! I too want to try something naturally.I already take homeopathic pelets, sorry I probably spelled that wrong..and I use either stress out tincture or chamomile. What is this l-theanine?? I've heard of Happy Camper..does anyone take that and is it working for you?? My anxiety is random..maybe hormonal?? I will feel anxious and stressed for a week or an event then I'll be fine for a while. My dr ordered me zoloft and I picked it up but have no desire to take it. Anyone relate?

If1117 Yes I relate. Mine comes and goes too and I thought mine was hormonal. That would have been the easy fix right? Not, but he did prescribe Clonazepam, which he said I could take just when needed. Not addicitive. The pharmacist said it only would be if I were to abuse it. It has worked well, sometimes I need it to help me sleep. It just relaxes me enough to ease my mind from the anxiety.
