I have listened to two tapes so far and all I put up with the first one being a testimonial. As far as advise, there is nothing I have not tried, from reading books and eventually web sites. One thing that I REALLY hated was on one of the video's "If every thing you wanted is not enough, want LESS Harold Kushner wrote a book by this title, at least 20 years ago. thats a book <click on the link<. But when the second one went to the group with more testamonials I had to stop. I was hearing things about my depression that sounded like me but I had not even thought of, making me MORE depressed. I read some where about a 4.99 a month online inoformation.... I will try that for a month, but that will be it.

I agree that the time "required" by the program is pretty ridiculous. I think if your anxiety is debilitating to the point where you can't leave the house and you're having panic attacks on a regular basis, it may be necessary to devote an hour or so a day to this. I, however, believe that you can gain insight into and control over your anxiety without letting the program dictate your life. I mean, it's in our nature to obsess over things and feel disappointed in ourselves if we don't do what we think we should do. In my case, I make a point to do one program-related activity a day. I think that's perfectly reasonable. Good luck!
