I have enjoyed the results of forcing myself to slow down. I found out that you can make soap lather slowly- you don't have to rub your hands together at 90 mph. I had no idea. Bath time is much more relaxing now, and having more relaxing moments in my day helps me sleep better, and when I am better rested, I am not as depressed. Yes!
