Stress Center Peer Support

I have a little brother that i think causes my anxiety.Everytime he acts out or acts up i get a strong anxiety attack.I dnt know wat i should do because this is a everyday thing. If i dnt deal with this im gonna lose it.Please help me

I Have Been Having Really Bad Anxiety And Have Been Shaking. Last Night I HAd Bad Pressure In The Middle Of My Chest And WHEN i wOULD move i had pains and it is torture on me. Now Im SCared Of What Will HAppen If It Happens Again.Please Help Me

Ive been getting really bad anxiety 4 about 9 days nd im juss tired of it. so wit the anxiety i hav i get angry at any1 4 anythin.i dnt want 2 b dhis angry but my anxiety i get it 4 times a day. pls help
