Stress Center Peer Support

has any one had the tight chest thing it is beeting me up right now ive had a sress test done a few months ago with a few other tests and all was good i think im going to go though the program with a caoch this time i did it on my own and honestly i think i was lazy any advice would be good

hy ive had the stomach thing and other symtoms i have found that what ever i tripp on gets worse and looking up stuuff on the internet was a bad move for me i have seen the doc and it always points towoard anxiety working the program and praying and venting on here has made my life liveble you are ...

i have every test there is and thought alot of different deceases heart, cancer etc. and never really had anything wrong, but recently my doc put me on chorlesterol meds and after 2 months they checked my liver and i got back some high numbers i kinda freaked so he tested me some more different ...

sometimes i get a knot in my stomach right below my ribs sometimes it lasts a week a day amonth ive been to the doc at least 10 times and had tests and nothing i am sure it is anxiety but i was curious to see if others are afected in this way

need advice went to see mental health and they offered me any drug there is for depression but i dont really have depression mine is mostly all anxiety in wich they agreed but said thats all they have to offer besides xanax and such has anyone been in this boat im kinda scared of antidepressants ...
