Accept the thoughts don't fight them. In fact invite them over like you would an old friend and say "you can stay, I accept you, but i know you'll pass and my voice is here to stay." Say to you self "thoughts are only suggestions. I'm the one who really is in control. Actions speak louder than words...

carry the weekly card with you everywhere you go. Read once in the morning, afternoon and before you go to bed. Also the people from Stress center recommend you use the relaxation tape right before you go to bed. GOOD LUCK!!!

Start by watching positive movies. Avoid Negative people if possible. Right down the positive thought that come to your mind randomly on a 3 x 5 card. Read them in the morning and read them at night. That's all i got and i'm just starting this program.
