Hi, I am in my 50's and have wondered if some of this anxiety isn't related to menopause. I have hot flashes which increases my anxiety along with heart palpitations. I started the program 3 weeks ago and it has made a difference already in the way I feel. Hang in there you will do fine, too/ Elaine C

Driving on highways has been especially hard for me. I actually listen to one of the self-help tapes particulary # 3 the self-help talk. The more you drive the better it gets.
