I feel like I have a sensation of chest congestion and I keep coughing but not sure I have an actual cough (does that makes sense?) Can this be anxiety? Or can anyone relate?

I feel like I have a cold coming on, my chest doesn't feel right. I don't have obvious chest congestion that you can hear. I can't put my finger on it. I have been obsessed with having lung cancer, and I have run into 3 people with it this week. And now my lungs "hurt" I don't want to run to the dr....
