I get really spacy too sometimes. I think that it is my body's way of dealing with deaths, or in my case, my grandpa molesting me. or maybe its something to do with not wanting to deal with the trauma in our lives? IDK, but I hope that you figure it out!

my current weight right now is 115lbs and I'm super stressed. I worry about almost everything and I just dont feel like eating. I'm worried that this could turn into an eating disorder. HELP?
