Doc told me I now have stress induced asthma. Anyone have it? If so, I'd like to know about your symptoms (e.g., how you are w/breathing in the morning, what you do when it comes on, meds, etc).

Hi,

I've noticed as of late when I get stressed out I feel like I'm breathing threw a straw. Moreover, it feels just like a chest cold in my lungs. I cough to get what feels like flem out (and sometimes I get it), but it just makes the situation worse.
