just starting lesson 2 today, and I just had a major panic attack this past weekend..I felt I was going to have a heart attack..and my cuz was kinda getting sad also, cuz she was seeing how freaked out i was..any tips yall have used would be much appreciated..have a good day

I am just starting cd for lesson 1, and have listened to dvd for lesson 1 also, just need some general advice or tips that helped you when you first started program..any encouraging comments would be appreciated..have a good day

yes they do work, pretty good so far..I don't get overwhelmed with stuff as bad as before taking them..call good day vitamins and ask what happend with your order..mine came the same day as program..keep in touch have a good day

hi, I finally got my program in the mail, and now I am kinda feeling overwhelmed and excited at the same time..not sure where to go from here now..I am finishing up the intro booklet and cd..well I just needed some encouragement or advice on how to get goin on this program now..its a lot to take in ...

Dear Donna,I feel just like you. I couldn't believe it when I was reading you note, I thought it was me writing,I started the program two weeks ago & like you I am determand to get throug this, I am sick & tired of being sick & tired.
