Hi. You are certainly in the right place, and I hope you are also watching your coaching DVD. For some reason, I got as much out of the coaching DVD's as I got from the CD's for lessons one and two. The visual and audio together just sank in. One more thought, remember what Dr Fisher said, that your biology is caused by your thoughts. Something triggers the adrenaline, and all that panic feeling which follows is a result of that adrenaline rush. With practice, you will start getting a handle on this cycle. Hang in there.

Hi- Destiny - I was so relieved to read about your experience with Session 2 - mine, too. I got the tapes this weekend and was so excited to get started - I thought session 1 just kind of repeated what I already knew - so I started Session 2. I've had panic attacks in the past but not a bad one for awhile. Wow!! I missed 2 days of work and was ready to go to the emergency room. But the material does mention that people prone to anxiety/depression are also proned to pick up on others' feelings. It really helped me to skip ahead to session 3. I've listened to it a couple of times today and feel like I can fight some of the thoughts that are leading to the panic attack. Don't know if it's considered OK to skip like that but it really helped me. Good Luck!!
Hope is the unspecified expectation that life will be good.
