I'm a bit confused about my anxiety. It seems to be based around a fear of being out and about alone with my children and something happening to me. I could go out all alone or with a friend for hours on end and be fine - even if I don't feel perfect.

Strange, I have been a lip picker for 30 years or more myself. Matter of fact, I was sitting picking my bottom lip reading this forum. I did not know this was a disorder or an anxiety related issue. I will now think of that every time i pick and maybe I will be able to stop too!
