Stress Center Peer Support

HI All

I am SO anxious. I have been experiencing a huge setback in my anxiety level.
My mother is in the hospital, AND my mother in law is in the hospital too.
Will this session help to calm me down?
I am not sleeping very well, feeling tired upon awakening, and feeling wired at night.

thanks but I honestly don't have any symptoms just fear. I used to get heart palapations on a regular basis now they are pretty much predictable which means they are caused by stress and / or hormones (sorry know you don't want to talk about that).

I agree with wireman to go to the eye dr to get an exam.
It can be photophobia. I get sensitivity to light when a tension headache is coming on or if I'm staring at the computer for too long.

I went for a Physical a few weeks ago and I hadn't
heard anything back until I got a letter in the mail about 7 days later.
Everything turned out OK YAY!! Except my Dr said in the letter that I have low iron levels & she
Recommended taking a supplement with iron in it.
Which I already take ...

Quitting smoking is so hard. Esp when you
subconsciously rely on it to calm you down when
in reality it's just adding more fuel to your
anxiety levels.
Try to find a smoking cessation class or group
This would be beneficial to you because it is hard
to do on your own when you become addicted ...
