I have been experiencing the same thing and on my cycle now and made a doctor appt for this evening to discuss this. About 3 days before my cycle is to start the anxiety starts and gets soooo bad and I get dizzy and flashes until it is over...I totally know how you feel. I have had to take my meds ...

For the last 4 years I was too scared to drive, but am on Week 11 with the program and I am proud to say that I am driving now...but only in town, not on the Interstate...but that will come...everyday it gets easier!!

Oh boy, you sound just like me! And if I was to call the doctor, I would probably take a panic attack on the phone, because then I would be admitting something is wrong..and just the thought of that would make my anxiety worse.
