Re: Skipped heartbeats

It feels a bit ironic that I came across this post. I haven't logged onto this site in quite some time...decided to log on today because I have been struggling emotionally after a health scare. Several weeks ago I got a bad cold that lasted more than a week. I thought I was getting better when I wok...

Adding to the joy is that my fiance and I are starting to plan our wedding. It's not for two years, but I like to get a ju...

Mike, Thank you for you posts. I'm going to print out the last one about what are emotions are trying to tell us and put in on my fridge. I will use it as a reminder, a call to action when I'm having a 'negative' feeling instead of using those feelings as an excuse to do nothing. I love it! Thanks!!

I just complete the program this weekend - yea for me! As some of you my recall I live with my fiance. He is a musician and we moved to Las Vegas so he could pursue a career in music. While he is making progress, he's not making money yet. He has also not yet found alternative employement so I'm the...

I am on Session 12 of the Program. I have grown a lot since I began in September. One area I struggle with is being assertive and I think I may have a golden opportunity to work on it...but I would like some advice. Here's the situation: My fiance and I moved to Las Vegas this past year. We have sin...

I am really surprised to hear about the trouble people have had with marijuana in connection to their anxiety....especially since in states where medician marijuana is legal, it is sometimes perscribed specifically for anxiety. Do you think it was the drug or a psychological reaction? Especially sin...

Mom41, I'm glad my experience could help give you the inspiration to try going 'clean' I do have some good news, you don't have to give up on sweets forever. After a while (at least several weeks) of keeping off the stimulants, you will realize how much they can affect your mood. Then, you will be a...
