I have joined the group awhile ago, I find it so hard to find the time to get everything done I feel overwhelmed. I love the cd, I just feel, i dont know really how I feel. I will get this done. Is the anyway i can get this on my blackberry, that would help a bunch.

I am having a hard time staying on track with the program I feel I am falling behind I should be on week like four and I am still on week one. Has anyone had this problem?

I was driving thru Dallas and heard the add on the radio. I just got the cds and started the wookbook. I have rapid cycling bipolar. I am on Cymbalta, Ambien and Zanex. I really dont know if it helping but I am hoping the program will help me get off the meds. I would like any input at all to help m...
