Couldn't agree more. I keep reminding myself of the "Progress not Perfection". This is used in the AA meetings, and my friend has been a "recovering" alcoholic for about 20 years now. I'm definitely NOT saying it's a rip-off. The vitamins and supplements can be very valuable.Please dont't misunderstand. Just think it should be approached differently, and people wouldn't think they are being forced into buying them.

Just starting the Program, and what I see so far is mainly relaxation and distraction. I've done this before. Is there anything in the Program that makes the anxiety never happen again?
