Does anyone wake up during the night with a feeling like you just swallowed something? That happened to me twice during the night and there's nothing in my throat, just air. It's like a jolt that makes me wake up. Go figure.

Is there anyone out there that has experienced difficulty swollowing food and then feeling a lump in the throat that it made you feel like relching? I sometimes have this starting of course with a anxiety attack until I calm down. I don't actually vomit. I just heave for a few minutes. I really feel...
