Pecos, Carolyn, are you still there? The online support group is a great idea. I get better then relapse - it's a nasty cycle. What I'm seeing is that depression is killing CELEBRITIES now - let's not be a casualty of this war. Email me - just_anana@yahoo.com

I amaze myself everytime. Depression seems cured, so far behind me. Then it comes back and knocks me on said behind. And then I get BETTER. and ooh does the world look exactly like my oyster! Then I catch myself casting pearls before swine. This rollercoaster ride is NOT fun.

I completed the program in 2004 i think. Then I relapsed hard and just succumbed to meds. I am currently on Lexapro for depression and anxiety. Most of us have experienced that stress, anxiety and depression are all linked. Kudos to you for taking action! Best wishes.

WOW cutting.... I am so sorry to see that you understand how I am feeling. I used to cry at work monthly....[had to keep an eye on the olde female calendar].
