Depression is worse than the FLU!

Anyone suffering from depression may post their history, experience, comments and/or suggestions. Please refrain from indepth discussions about medicines or other therapies.

I amaze myself everytime. Depression seems cured, so far behind me. Then it comes back and knocks me on said behind. And then I get BETTER. and ooh does the world look exactly like my oyster! Then I catch myself casting pearls before swine. This rollercoaster ride is NOT fun.

No, it's not fun. You, and me, and so many others here have decided to equip our tool box with what's needed to shut this rollercoaster down. I am getting a handle on mine these days. Somewhere, when I least need it, least expect it, it will be back. Next time I'll be ready and it won't be welcome for very long. Good luck to you.
