Was it really the alcohol and caffeine or was is you regretting what you did and thinking negative? When I was still in my old routine of partying and what not and I was trying to quit I would beat myself up the next day if I felt worse...but I still did it. Now what I do is I don't beat myself up ...

Shalini - I stopped any medication I was taking when I started the program at the end of January - beginning of February. Haven't taken anything since then, even for sleeping. I'm in the middle of the second time around on the program right now and still don't feel a need for any meds.

Talk to your psychiatrist and OB/GYN about an anxiety medication that is safe to take during pregnancy. I know there's some out there, but I can't think of any at the moment. Anyway, they're the ones that are the most qualified to know about which meds are the safest.
