I have anxiety nearly all of the time. I just started eating healthier and excercising. Instead of a candy bar, have a peice of fruit or cheese and crackers. Eat lots of meat and good vegetables. I try not to eat too much chocolate and bad snacks, I do yoga almost everyday which helps with breathing...
