Stress Center Peer Support

Using this program I got over anxiety..but I still have this bad feeling....its hard to explain but..negative thoughts....just feeling something bad..but i do not know why i feel this way
i get this when i wake up..kinda disappears comes back and forth..
its really annoying but I am curious is this ...

I was on lexparo for 4 weeks now...wish i found this program earlier..while i was fighting my anxiety this program taught me to embrace it and o m g in three days off this program I actually have no anxiety ( none so far ), instead of rationalizing my racing thoughts i would just let it pass ...

Been on lexapro for one month for GAD ( I was healed for one month but my physical pain brought back all the symptoms 100x worse )( i have no anger issue, or bad attitude, just anxious as hell! )

I felt depressed and constantly anxious because i fell into the pit of anxiety again .. constantly ...

i know it can't hurt me and all that..but sometimes it's just makes me feel out of control
