Hi blueskies4me! Those are some tough questions to answer. Are you doing this program? It really helped me to change my way of thinking (although sometimes I find myself slipping back into those same thought patterns, but now I am able to recognize that), and it was my negative thinking that made me feel like my problems were insurmountable. I think that the people that can make light of their worries are the type that realize that trying to remain positive is the best way to deal with things. Can doing something everyday that you don't want to do cause anxiety and depression? I think so. Is this something that you can change? If not, you have to change your attitude about it. That doesn't mean you have to like it, but you have to tolerate it and try not to let yourself be consumed by the fact that you have to do something that you don't like. Maybe you concentrate on what else you can do that day that you DO like...
Also, keep in mind that no one has a perfect, happy life. Some people are happier than others or have it easier than others, but I don't think there is one person out there that is 100% problem/stress free. They either deal with it better or are good at hiding it.
Lastly, when you are in the midst of dealing with anxiety/depression, you doubt yourself. Then, when you start learning these skills and you see how negative thinking can skew your thoughts and perceptions, you start to doubt yourself again...is it my anxiety that is making me feel like this or is this reality (whereas before you would probably just assume it's reality). In terms of a relationship causing you anxiety and depression...you describe it as a "bad relationship'...of course that can cause anxiety/depression or worsen it if you already have the problem. Is this a relationship you can end? Maybe you should try to think of everything in your life that causes you stress or unhappiness and see what you can change or improve upon. Even if it is only a few things that can be changed, empowering yourself to make those changes may improve your day to day happiness...
Good luck on figuring out what you need to and I hope this helped in some way!
