I am in Section 2, I need advices in how to sleep better.

Hi Jmedina

I had problems sleeping too and it was just one more thing to worry about.

I found that half a bowl of cereal just before I went to bed seemed to help me. This assumes you have no upper G.I. problems that preclude eating just before lying down.

Warm cereal may be better.

sometimes it helps to do the relaxation tape. It gets you off of your own thoughts and can help calm u down. I had to use this last week.
