Help how to get this out of my head

It took me a while to find my way back here and just finding all the old topics I used to post on. I hope everyone else is able to find there way back eventually too. I am cuyrious how everyone is doing and I am still using the TEA forms and the Counter exercise and they have really made a big difference in my life. Hope everyone else is well also
