If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.
1) Monday was awesome ! Not like the way I've always heard Monday's to be.
2) My furnace stopped clunking (hope it's still working)
3) my folks
Jill....as for the sweet potatoes, try this. It's awesome. I didn't think it would be, but I won't eat them any other way now.
- 2 peeled sweet potatoes cut into 12 wedges each
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put potato wedges and other ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Put in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
1. the heavy fog didn't get me down! I just decided to wait patiently for sping.
2. Got the liundry all done.
3. Got lots of mail in U.S. mail box. Which means that I went to the mail box. We had 39 degreees for a high today.
Manofmusic: I'm sure I will like that recipe a lot. I like sweet potatoes. I've never made them that wsy. Thanks a lot. Can't wait to make those. Gonna get sweet potatoes at store tomorrow.
Mano
thanks for the tip on the taters. I am trying to avoid extra fat so I think I will try that but use egg whites as the binder. Although Shif said to try them plain and that is good as well. They are very sweet
When I read your recipe to hubby he was anxious to try it that way.
Thanks
J~
