I can see the pattern you're cycling through...it seems like it is all you can think about right now. I am not suprised that you feel the way you do with all the meds you've been taking...thats like a med soup. Please try the salt water flush and let me know how it goes...I am getting more sleep and better quality now.
I'm also starting to come down from the cleanse i was on. If you have the time you should look into it...http://www.mastercleanser.com/forum/index.php
I've gotten soooooo much from this and I know it would help you out alot.
This is what i've gotten from the cleanse so far. <A HREF="http://www.mastercleanser.com/forum/vie ... c&start=30" TARGET=_blank>http://www.mastercleanser.com/forum/vie ... tart=30</A>

My life-line is God. I wouldn't be here today without God or the Word. Yes the worst part is you need meds to sleep (at least now but hopefully soon I won't), but then they leave you extremely sedated and not hardly able to function. I would advise anybody not to get mixed up in medication if they don't need it because it really comes back to bite you. I will try what you said. Did you have the problem where you would fall asleep only for an hour or two? I'm so exhausted but I only fall asleep for an hour or two, makes no sense. It seems like I never reach those restful stages of sleep, a lot of lucid dreaming. I have heard that benzos do this. Did you take anything for sleep?

Unfortunately medications can effect sleep...this may be the case...on the other hand it may not.
No i do not have that specific sleeping issue..I do not take anything for sleep and I refuse to use western medicine unless it is an acute problem and i desparately need it...which i usually don't. I do not agree with their methods of treating...I do not like the idea of getting side effects from one medication then taking another one to counter those side effects and then a few more to counter the effects of the other side effects. They've never been able to help me with my constipation, my chronic fatigue and the anti-anxiety meds i did take had really bad side effects..I've turned more towards alternative medicine because of this and healthy eatting.
