Hi Sheila,

I am glad you are optimistic! I had to respond because even though I am on my way now.. I was a mess worse then before the program when I got it, was trying to decide whether to keep it.. I even had it packed up and ready to go back I was sooo upset.. BUT like Dodger said it really starts teaching tools in lesson 3 and continues from there.. 1 is hard b.c it stresses you out, 2 is better but session 3 (self talk) is the key.

Just keep looking forward, work the program workbooks like crazy! DO THE RELAXATION as often as possible (when I stoped doing it I stopped going forward- seriously it is amazing) and have faith.. take it from someone who simply thought this is who I was and was very suicidal- I have kicked my meds even and am feeling better then ever (I have momments, many but that wave of good and calm is so addictive!)- I see the light already! I am free, and so will you be too if you work hard and keep it up!

Take care Sheila and feel free to pm if you have questions or want to vent..

Best wishes!

p.s. 3 things that have really helped me are: Lucinda's book from Panic to Power, the good day vitamins and I now subscribe to www.joelosteen.com he is a minister (I am not religious at all) but he is inspiring and his daily scriptures are literally god sent, no pun intended! lol. try it.. good luck!
All for His praise, glory and the joy it gives Him.

Hugs, In His Love >:D<
