Hi Tammy,
Thank you so much for your kind and assuring words. I hope these end soon, as they are consuming me. I just started the Beta Blocker 3 days ago and so far, no relief. I have low blood pressure too. It seems like it is making me feel light headed and dry mouthed. I have been talking back and forth to another member on the site and she tells me that worrying only makes it worse.
I have been on Nexium for about a year now and have never had skipped heart beats like this before. I am curious if it isnt working any more. I Feel so bad that you landed in the ER. It seems like the ER and I have been close friends lately. You see... I am a Patient Advocate and work in a hospital. SO it is so easy, yet so embarrassing to go there every time I am having a bloop or a scare. Frankly speaking I think the staff is tired of seeing me. My Cardiologist too. As his office is upstairs of my office in the hospital too. I just pray every day that I can wake up and feel like a normal person. This is terrible!
I would say give the Beta Blocker a try. I am taking Lopressor 25mg. The Electo cardio physiologist recommended that I take 1/2 in the and 1/3 in the pm. They are also having me take my pulse and BP a few times a day. Personally I think this is contributing to my problem too. Makes you nervous when you see the numbers.

Hugs to you,
Kim

Hi again Tammy.
I forgot to mention that I do not have the program. I cant afford it, as you can imagine.
I have a bid on Ebay, in hopes to win it. It is an older addition with VHS tapes but I am hopeful that my son can convert them over to disks, if I win the bid. I really wish I could afford the program. I cant even afford to make my house paymnents, like you mentioned. I hear that the program is wonderful though.
Sorry to burn your ear off.
God bless you,
Kim

Hi Kim, don't worry - you're not burning my ears off!! ;) I know the ER staff is tired of seeing me but they are really kind too. I went to my PCP this morning and she said my potassium is low which can definately cause the pvcs to be worse so she has put me on a potassium supplement and wants me to up my magnisium and then recheck my blood work on Friday. She also said I need to start getting some cardio in every day. I'm a little scared to start as I have been a couch potato for a long time. But I know it will help and I am tired of the treadmill eyeballing me from the corner! So, she did say to wait a week or so to get my potassium up to help with the pvcs before I start - gives me a little more time to build up my courage! I understand about not being able to pay for the program - times are tight. Have you entered the contest to win one? It can happen!!

I do believe you will get much better - it sometimes just takes a bit of time so hang in there!! Tammy
