Angela, I definitely can relate to what you're going through. I've experienced everything you've mentioned short of the vomiting. I'm glad you're trying the program again. I got the DVDs after seeing Lucinda's commercial on tv one night and I could just tell they were for me. Michelle, I thought I was going crazy just like you. I didn't feel like going to public places and just felt totally isolated. I hope the program works for both of you!

Hi Angela. Looks like we're in the same boat. I too am re-starting this program and am at the tail-end of week-1. I jumped ship about a year ago at week-3 when I thought I was dialed in and guess what - it's back. I had dizzy feelings, heart palpitations and chest pain. One of my mistakes was going to websites like WebMD and trying to find out the cause of my symptoms. My gosh, I possibly had Lyme's disease, diabetes, heart and vascular disease and on and on. It scared me to the point I thought I was having a heart attack and ended up in the emergency room one day where they performed an EKG, an ultrasound and stress test of my heart and vascular system and several blood tests. All was normal. My point to anyone - stop searching for a possible diagnosis. Sites like WebMD are good if you indeed have been diagnosed by a doctor with something - then you can use it for information on treatment. For instance, I recently thought I had diabetes because I was constantly urintating one day and still feeling hungry after eating. Again, the website I searched said it could be diabetes. With that, I went as far as having blood work done 4-times for this and other symptoms in a matter of 2-weeks time. In the end, the doctor verbally scolded me and said "Find something else to worry about - you're healthy!" This was all due to simply being nervous/anxious and searching on-line for whatever disease might be the cause. The verbal scolding from the doctor was the kick in the pants that made me realize I need to re-start the Attacking Anxiety & Depression program and FINISH it.
I am there with you.![]()
