Really? Never? Well if your vision is a big symptom of your anxiety, it could be as easy as getting some glasses! Give it a shot and let us know how it works out.

I can sooo relate to this. My first panic attack made my eyesight blurry and hazy.. I thought I was going blind. I find it to be one of the more disconcerting symptoms and just can't seem to talk myself out of it.. I'm in constant fear that I'm going to go blind.

Anyway, what does help me is keeping a pair of sunglasses at hand. I know it sounds silly (especially in rainy Seattle), but when my vision gets 'funny' and I can't shake it, putting on sunglasses helps. I think its because this whole vision thing is magnified in the light, so putting sunglasses on usually helps. I carry them with me all the time, but generally don't have to use them.

This is a huge symptom for me so I really sympathize with you. Do let us know if you find some way around it or what not.

I am the same way. I actually have migraines and my vision started getting blurry/double vision/and the floaters and my neurologist attributed it to visual migraines but now I'm thinking it might just be anxiety related. But I also don't wear glasses and have never had my eyes checked. It can't hurt to check I guess. good to know i'm not the only one out there! I thought I was going blind.
