I'm a newbie here, too! My husband and I went to a seminar last week where the fellow had been through the program. I would have probably walked away without buying, but my husband said he'd been looking for something like this for me for a while. So he bought the program for me. I'm anxious (of course I'm anxious! that's why I have the program! haha) to get started. I'm waiting until Monday (procrastinating? another reason I'm here!) so I can start each new session at the beginning of a week.

Hey CAT63
That's great that your husband bought the program for you. That shows he supports you getting better. Good luck with the program, I will be starting wk 2 in the next 1-2 days. Gotta finish homework on 1.

Hi there. I am new also. I ordered the program late one night - had been thinking of getting it for awhile. Just received my CD's and have been practicing the breathing technique described in the introduction guide. It's not easy to even breathe sometimes for me.

I have to say I am feeling very anxious about reading about being anxious!

Letitgo, I too just received my kit and have been practicing the breathing exercise. Does anyone find that the frequency of the panic features increase during this initial phase of the program? I'm learning a tremendous amount about myself just from session 1 and sometimes feel reassured that i'm not going crazy and other times feel just as certain that i am ;) I want to already be rid of my anxiety--patience, at least with myself, is not plentiful. I wish I could contribute something helpful, but just wondering if others are experiencing similar emotions. My mind is wearing me out. Thanks.
