Super B Complex vitamins

Faith,

I only take regular B complex the only thing Super B complex does for you is give you expensive urine :)

I was wondering about that! I got it for 8.99 at the grocery store though so it wasn't that much. My main concern is if I have too much of any of the vitamins because I also take a multi-vitamin and also calcium/mag/zinc and vitamin C
