I encourage you to read "Peace from Nervous Suffering" and "Hope and Help for your Nerves" by Claire Weekes. These books are available at your local library and contain some of the same information in this StressCenter.com program.

Unlike the books, the StressCenter.com program offers a more organized approach and offers discussions with people who are also suffering or "have" suffered and they tell their stories, etc...

So although the books do not replace this program, the books offer some insight into the truths this program is based on.

I encourage you to research a natural approach to healing. The worlds largest site on the non-drug approach to mental health is called "Safe Harbor". SAFE HARBOR - Alternative Mental Health

There are FREE non-profit programs that offer group meetings, such as "Recovery Inc."....
Recovery Inc. Website Chances are they will have a recovery meeting near you.

Feel free to email me anytime. ;)

We have a lot of coping skills that aren't exactly healthy. This program intends to change our way of acting, thinking and reacting. I've spent SO MUCH more on meds and doctors and counseling. No where either will you find such a support group.
I think they take payments, or I've seen this on Ebay and Amazon.com. I didn't write directly in my notebook (bought a blank one for 50 cents) so I could turn around and resell but wouldn't think of it now.
If you can't decide, please get or check out at the library Lucinda's book From Panic to Power. It's a tremendous resource. (I was just looking through my continuing ed courses from the last years and found did a course on it in 2003 and forgot it! Silly me or did I know something was wrong then!- lol) ANyway, It's a great starting point if you are unsure.

Hi. I was wondering if anybody could let me know if this program has actually helped them. Ive had anxiety and depression everyday for the past five years. Its now to the point where its affecting my life in a very negative way. Im very young and I dont want my life to be like this anymore. Im not to keen with doctors- they only want to prescribe you medication which to me covers everything up. I want to heal myself naturally. The program sounds great, but I can't really afford it. So once again, has it worked for anyone???

It is most certainly worth your while! It can really cure you if you put a lot of effort into it and don't question it. Trust me on this!!

Well I was in the same boat and wondered if I would be wasting my money. I am just finishing week 4 and see that it was well worth it. I really just wanted a quick fix, but this is not it. I dont believe there is a quick fix. The information and tools given will help anyone if they truly use them. These tools can be used throughout our lives to help bring us back to peace. I prayed to God to help me and he showed me this program. I feel he wants me to go deep and get to the source so I can obtain long term healing. It reminds me of something Joyce Meyer said: "Don't spend your life picking off bad fruit; dig deep and get to the root". I feel like this program helps with this, so yes it is worth the money.

I would say that it is worth it, but you can't look at it as an end but rather as a beginning and keep working on the exercises and continue to find others to supplement what you learn in it. I just discovered a new exercise called the wrist counter that teaches you to focus on what you are accomplishing instead of what you have not gotten done and it has really brightened my mood and reduced the stress in my life. Never stop learning and growing!

Oh my goodness, YES!! This program is for sure worth the money. I am so much better and can control my anxiety a lot more. I have to say, I am 80% better, and getting better. You have to work at it. Just listening to the tapes and playing them isn't going to change you. YOU have to really work at it. Good luck.

I think its a case of you get out of it what you put in. I've not had a panic attack in years so it has really helped with that, Anxiety is also gone, I still have bouts of depression though.
