I don't know where you find these articles, but this one and the Go With The Flow--I really like them. I have printed both of them out so I can read them whenever i want. Thanks for finding this good stuff to help us.

Thank you...thank you...thank you. i'm so glad you put this up again. I probably would of never found it. I have been awakened! I needed this post, That is really what I needed to hear. I felt like this, Being sick of this panic, and feelings. I've been going though these changes, untangling the bones so to speak, and this post sure said it beautifuly!
